Vikings don't want Vince Young
After drafting quarterback Christian Ponder in the first round of last months NFL draft, the Minnesota Vikings are not interested in acquiring Vince Young from the Tennessee Titans. It’s clear that they do intend on bringing in a veteran to give Ponder some time to develop, but that veteran won’t be Young.
I never believed the Vikings would be interested in signing Young since they drafted Ponder in the first round. Young is still in the “prime” of his career and wouldn’t want to be a guy brought in to help a rookie develop.
