Rob Gronkowski will need surgery after the Super Bowl
According to Shalise Manza Young of the Boston Globe, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will need to undergo surgery after the Super Bowl, in order to get his ankle scoped.
The good news right now is that Gronkowski will play in next Sunday’s Super Bowl, but i don’t expect him to make much of an impact.
High ankle sprains typically take up to six weeks to heal and you telling me he’s going be able to make the plays he’s made all season? I don’t see it happening.
