Report: Browns leaning towards trading down in the first round
According to Steve Doerschuk of CantonRep.com, Cleveland Browns general manager Tom Heckert is leaning towards trading down from the fourth overall pick, without moving down too far down.
The only way the Browns will be able to trade down is if a team is desperate enough to make a move up the board for a player they truly covet. The draft is very unpredictable and we won’t truly know how much a team loves a player until draft day.
I’m a little surprised the Browns are looking to move down and acquire more draft picks, they already have 13 heading into the draft.
