The Baltimore Ravens hired former Colts head coach Jim Caldwell as their new quarterbacks coach on Monday. Caldwell served as the Colts quarterbacks coach from 2002-2008 before he took over as their head coach.  He should be a good addition that can help quarterback Joe Flacco continue to develop.
