Titans, Finnegan haven’t made any progress

According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, no progress has been made between the Titans and cornerback Cortland Finnegan, even though both sides talked on Friday. Right now it continues to look like Finnegan will become an unrestricted free agent on March 13th and have the opportunity to test the open market.
