Saints to seek legal recourse against ESPN for Loomis report

According to WWLTV in New Orleans, the Saints plan on seeking legal recourse against ESPN after they released a story that stated that general manager Mickey Loomis had the ability to listen in on opposing coaches.

“This report is 1000% false, completely inaccurate, we asked ESPN to provide us evidence to support their allegations and they refused. The Team and Mickey are seeking all legal recourse regarding these false allegations,” said Saints spokesman Greg Bensel.

The Saints can take whatever action they want, but with the state district attorney getting involved as well as the FBI, I wouldn’t doubt that these allegations are true.
