Former Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins running back Willie Parker appeared on 93.7 the Fan in Pittsburgh and explained the differences between the Steelers and the Redskins.
“Being in Washington, they don’t care about football. I didn’t feel good from day one there. They weren’t about football. They were about partying,” said Parker.
“If I had my choice, I’d go back to Pittsburgh with my boys,” said Parker when asked where he would like to play this season.
It’s been obvious for years now that the Steelers and Redskins are two organizations that are run in completely different ways. That’s the reason why the Steelers have appeared in three Super Bowls in the past six seasons and the Redskins can’t seem to not finish the season in last place in the NFC East.
