According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports and Manish Mehta of the NY Daily News, Quinton Coples and Muhammad Wilkerson have been fined for their hit on Titans quarterback Jake Locker. Both players will appeal.
Despite Jake Locker saying there should be no fines on the hits that injured him, @mowilkerson was fined $15,785 on it. It's being appealed

Jets OLB Quinton Coples was fined about $7,800 for his hit on Titans QB Jake Locker, I'm told. Coples, like Wilkerson, will appeal. #nyj

I’ll be the first person to say a hit is dirty and I saw nothing wrong with the play Locker was injured on.
