Wes Welker doesn’t mind playing in a cold weather Super Bowl

Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker made it clear on Sunday that he doesn’t have a problem playing in a cold weather Super Bowl.

“I feel good about it. I played in this for six years so I have a good idea of what to expect and what to be ready for, different things like that,” Welker said during the Broncos press conference. “It really didn’t feel too bad out there just walking over here to this boat and things like that. I’m looking forward to it, this is what football is supposed to be … You remember growing up playing in the snow with your buddies and everything like that and enjoying it.”

I completely agree with Welker.  Football is meant to be played in all types of weather.
