Former NFL quarterback Warren Moon made an appearance on 710 ESPN Radio in Seattle and the host Kevin Kalabro brought how good Oklahoma State’s Justin Blackmon is and was wondering how the Seahawks could get him.
Moon responded to Calabro by saying, “He’s a beast isn’t he? He’s like Dez Bryant with all his brain cells. He’s a guy that has all those skills that Dez Bryant has, but he’s not the knucklehead that Dez Bryant has turned out to be with Dallas…. and a much better route runner then Dez Bryant is. But a very tremendous talent.”
I agree with Moon, when watching Bryant on the field, I get the impression that he doesn’t always go all out, which likely affects his route running. But, there’s no doubt about it, Bryant is one of the most talented receivers in the game, the problem is that he may not be willing to put in the work to be great.
