After Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks, Giants head coach Tom Coughlin was asked if he believes Victor Cruz could be done for the season after spraining his knee and suffering a concussion.
“I don’t know,” he said via the New York Daily News. “I haven’t looked at that play, but the kid went up and made a heck of an effort and came down on the side of his helmet. . . . But anyway, I haven’t had a chance to visit in there. I know he came down on the side of his head, so we’ll see.”
With the Giants season essentially over, it would make sense for them to rest Cruz.
