According to San Francisco Chronicle, rookie quarterback Tyler Wilson is now fourth on the Raiders depth chart behind Matt Flynn, Terrelle Pryor and Matt McGloin.
At Sunday’s practice, Matt Flynn, Terrelle Pryor and then undrafted Matt McGloin took turns in the two-minute drill, driving the team downfield. Fourth-round pick Tyler Wilson watched and when the buzzer sounded, jogged on to the next drill. He barely threw the ball all practice, as he has fallen to fourth on the depth chart after a week and half at training camp.
“Well, I think he’s got the physical tools,” coach Dennis Allen said. “I think he’s behind from a mental part of the game, and that’s where he’s got to continue to work to improve.”
Wilson didnt look very happy after practice, but stayed positive.
“I’m throwing ball pretty well, it’s just a matter of figuring out where it’s supposed to go,” Wilson said.
I’m a little surprised that Pryor is ahead of Wilson right now.
