Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson downplayed his recent lower leg injury and says it’s not a big deal.
“It ain’t no biggie,” Richardson told reporters, per The Associated Press, via NFL.com. “It ain’t nothing to worry about. I could be out there, but they want to be cautious about it to make sure I’m healthy and be right for camp.”
Richardson says he’s not going to be prone to injuries.
“It’s not going to be like last year, being hurt and injured,” Richardson said. “Injury-prone is not going to be me. I just can’t wait to get back out and running.”
As much as Richardson doesn’t want to be injury prone, there’s only so much he can do to stay healthy.
