According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson has been actively recruiting free agent cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. He has been calling letting Asomugha know that he should sign with the Texans.
The problem is that Asomugha has already said that he isn’t interested in signing with the Texans. The only way I see the Texans being able to sign Asomugha at this point is to harass him with phone calls and pay him a boat load of money. Even that will probably not work at this point.
