Wide receiver Titus Young was a big headache for the Detroit Lions this past season and things haven’t gotten any better now that they’re season is over. He’s already threatened that he will stop playing football if he doesn’t get the football more next season and that he’s ready for the Lions to cut him.
Former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens has some advice for Young.
Owens, 39, said if he could give advice to troubled Lions receiver Titus Young, it would be that Young should “know his role.”
“He has to understand that Calvin (Johnson is) the No. 1 receiver, and being the No. 2 receiver, you have to go with the flow of the offense and when your time comes, make the plays,” Owens said.
I’m sure Owens looks back on his career and regrets some of the ways he’s acted now that his career is over.
