According to ProFootballTalk.com via Michael Kane of the NBC Sports Network, the players that have been suspended for the Saints bounty scandal might be able to play next week, even though that’s when their suspensions are supposed to begin.

Mike Florio of PFT explains in the video below that if the judge will likely rule in the players favor, since she’s already made it clear that she wants to.  So if she decides to over turn the suspensions on Tuesday, the players will be able to play that week since the NFL has a rule in which if they’re going to suspend a player for a particular week, it has to happen before Tuesday or else the player will be free to play that week.
