According to David Moore of the Dallas Morning News, even though Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware told reporters at the end of the season that he’ll likely undergo surgery on his elbow this offseason, nothing has been scheduled so far.

That could still happen. But as of now, a source said no surgery is scheduled.
Player typically don;t try to rush into having surgery since it can lead to more problems down the road. Ware is likely trying to rest his elbow to see if that helps.
