According to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald, Patriots running back Stevan Ridley was looking pretty good running around at an NFL Play 60 event just a day after suffering what appeared to be a hamstring injury.
Patriots running back Stevan Ridley didn’t finish yesterday’s OTA practice after catching a pass and pulling up with a right hamstring injury that required medical attention, but that’s behind him.
Ridley was running around with the kids at today’s Play 60 event at the Roger Clap Innovation School in Dorchester, and the third-year back showed no signs of the ailment. Of course, a source said yesterday that Ridley and tight end Jake Ballard (left ankle) were fine after failing to finish practice. (Still nothing on Alfonzo Dennard’s left shoulder at this point, though.)
Ridley was asked about the injury today and dodged the question. But as a follow-up, he was asked if his body was in good condition, and he replied, “Absolutely, perfect.”
