According to Alan Robinson of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Steelers have promoted rookie linebacker Jarvis Jones to co-starter alongside Jason Worilds.
Rookie Jarvis Jones is moving up to co-starter status with Jason Worilds at outside linebacker.
The two rotated Sunday based on snap count, according to coach Mike Tomlin; Worilds played 46 snaps and Jones 30.
It looks like the Steelers want to slowly work in Jones as a starter. Don’t be surprised if he starts to get most of the snaps a few weeks from now.
