In the second round of this years NFL draft the Dallas Cowboys selected former North Carolina linebacker Bruce Carter. Carter played outside linebacker at Carolina and will likely move to the inside to adapt to the Cowboys 3-4 scheme. and back up second year player Sean Lee at inside linebacker.
As of right now Lee is penciled in as the starter for one of the Cowboys inside linebacker positions. The spot Lee will be filling is the one that fourteen year veteran Keith Brooking has held for the past two seasons.
Carter will have to work on getting back up to speed since he tore his ACL back in November and will have to work hard to get ready for training camp.
But right now with two young inside linebackers on the Cowboys depth chart, things are not looking good for Brooking’s future in Dallas.

Is dallas losing their mind.Keith brooking has done more to eforeotivate the dallas cowboy players.than anyone on the dallas cowboys.Dallas can’t run its car, without hotwiring it.if there’s no ignition.Keith brooking is the dallas cowboys ignition switch.Unless he’s lost motivitation himself.Attitude is altitude.Remember that before, you cut keith brooking. If its his physical abilities.then do what cowboys,do best.keep him in house.as a motivations coach or something. But don’t release him, utilize his motivation skills to the team.which has been missing for years!!!
