Seahawks sign WR Antonio Bryant

According to Curtis Crabtree of 950 KJR in Seattle, the Seahawks have signed free agent wide receiver Antonio Bryant to a one-year deal.

What’s really interesting is that Bryant hasn’t even played in the NFL since 2009, when he was a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  I’m not sure what head coach Pete Carroll is thinking.

The Seahawks also brought in Braylon Edwards for a workout.  He ended up leaving without a contract.
