According ESPN’s John Clayton, there’s a chance that Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman James Carpenter may not play this season after tearing his ACL in November of last year.
“That knee was bad,” Clayton said. “It hasn’t really had a full-time to heal. I think he’s slow in healing. If they get four games out of him they’re lucky. I don’t think they’re going to get any games out of him.”
Not having Carpenter this season would certainly hurt the Seahawks. He started nine games as a rookie last season.
