Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has indicated that he feels good about quarterback Tavaris Jackson being his starter next season.
“That’s where we are,” Carroll said. “That doesn’t mean that we’re not going to look at the draft really hard and all of the opportunities. We’ll always do that at every position. But (for) T-Jack, understanding what this season has been like for him is really important.”
Jackson did play better this season then most people had thought he would. But let’s be honest, he’s not the long term answer in Seattle.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Seahawks end up drafting a quarterback between the second and fourth round that they can develop over the next year or two.Follow PFZ on Twitter @ProFootballZone
