Santonio Holmes says he made the greatest catch in Super Bowl history

New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes believes his game winning catch in Super Bowl XLIII is the greatest in Super Bowl history. He says his catch is better than both Lynn Swann’s in Super Bowl X and David Tyree’s in Super Bowl XLII.
“Hands down, Number 10,” Holmes said on WRKS-FM via the New York Post. “Ten toes in the end zone…He (Tyree) made a play that happened to be the play he was supposed to make but it did not win that game for them.”
There’s no question Holmes’ catch was great, but the most impressive one in my opinion was Tyree’s. Call it lucky all u want, but he held on to the football while it was on his helmet.
