Seattle Seahawks rookie quarterback Russell Wilson told Jon Arias on The Big 1070 in Madison (via SportsRadioInterviews.com) that it doesn’t bother him that some people don’t believe he can be a good NFL quarterback because of his height.
“It makes it that much more unique and that much more cool in terms of the fact that I can play at a high level that I play at 5-11. And that’s the thing about it. And I think that’s something that I definitely embrace.”
I get the feeling that Wilson only uses anything negative that’s said about him as a motivational tool for him to be the best and it’s obvious when he’s on the field that he’s motivated to be great.Follow PFZ on Twitter @ProFootballZone
