Despite the fact that Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain was sentenced to 180 days in jail just last week, he showed up for this week’s OTA’s, according to Jerry McDonald of the Contra Costa Times.
The reason McClain was able to participate in this in the Raiders’ OTA’s is because he’s currently appealing his prison sentence.
The Raiders released the following statement regarding McClain sentence.
“The team will continue to closely monitor the legal process, understanding that when appropriate the NFL will review the situation under its personal conduct policy.”
