Dallas Cowboys great Roger Staubach believes owner Jerry Jones needs to delegate his role as general manager.
“Jerry is trying real hard,” Staubach told ESPN Radio’s Mike & Mike on Friday.. “He goes back to the old days when they won three Super Bowls. I think the formula is he’s got to find a medium ground and delegate more authority.”
Jones already made it clear earlier in the week that he’ll never step down as the Cowboys’ general manager.
Jones’ ego is so big, I’m not sure he’ll ever see what other people see. All Cowboys fans can do is hope that the light bulb will turn on one day.
