According to WJLA, Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III didn’t show today when the rest of the team’s rookies showed up for training camp.
The reason Griffin wasn’t in attendance is because of a battle over some offset language that both sides are trying to work. The Redskins don’t want to be responsible for all of his guaranteed money if they end up releasing him and another team signs Griffin. Of course Griffin wants the opposite.
Thanks to our buddies at BlackSportsOnline.com for the heads up.
