According to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (ACL) was moving well during an NFL Play 60 event on Wednesday.
Gronkowski wasn’t limping, and he wasn’t wearing a bulky brace under his jeans. He threw passes to children of military families for a couple hours and was his typical, jovial self.
Of course Gronk wasn’t running, but this is certainly a good sign.
Gronkowski didn’t run around today, but he wasn’t being noticeably cautious with his knee, either. He has been present at the start of the Patriots’ voluntary offseason workout program this week, but because he’s still rehabbing his torn ACL, he isn’t taking part in the full run of workouts.
