Rex Ryan sticking to Geno Smith

Today against the Bills, Jets QB Geno Smith completed 34.8% for 103 yards, 0 TD and 3 interceptions. He was relieved (or Jets fans were relieved) by Matt Simms in the fourth quarter. However as we have seen Rex Ryan isn’t the type to give up on his QB’s easily.

“We’ll look at everything as we go, but again, but I don’t think it’s fair to place it on one man,” Ryan said, via Rich Cimini of “We have to take a hard look at what we’re doing, but I would say Geno is our starting quarterback against Baltimore next week.”

Keeping Geno in as the starter is probably the best option for everyone involved (not named Matt Simms or David Garrard) going forward. The rookie will take his lumps but that’s to be expected from young players. The problems will come if he doesn’t learn from his mistakes.

I have a question for Rex “Jumbo-Dumbo” Ryan:
How come it’s OK for his current QB Geno Smith to complete 34.8% of his ‘passes’ for 103 yards, 0 TD and 3 interceptions. ??
But old Rexy didn’t give Tebow a chance !! WTF Rex.
Maybe if Tim was black you’d have had to play him or be called a racist.

    YOU SUCK Ryan.
