According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com, if the Denver Broncos sign Peyton Manning, Tim Tebow will likely request to be traded.
One of the teams that would reportedly be interested in Tebow, would be the Jacksonville Jaguars–who would love to remove the black tarps that cover a portion of their upper deck seats–due to the fact that they have a hard time selling out their home games.
On the other hand, if Manning doesn’t end up in Denver, Tebow likely won’t be going anywhere.
The Broncos will likely look to the second or third round of the draft to take a quarterback as well as possibly bring in a veteran to challenge Tebow and then see what happens

Another Fox/Elway blunder. Tebow, no matter his “development,” should go where he is really wanted: (especially his American hometown) JAX, Mia, or TB! His very name in each would add 10,000 butts-in-seats for each home game with luxury boxes full of corporate wieners. Meanwhile, Fox and Elway have shown their hand. Tim is not going to be their man, period. If this high hope happens, we UF fans in the Keys can finally see Tim play, whatever it is, consistently since the Miracle in Miami. The problem for Fox/Elway is if this happens they had better hope it works out, if not…
Pure speculation. I can’t stand reports of speculation. When it happens then report it.
I can’t stand people who read articles about things they can’t stand and then comment on them.
Tebow is DONE. Not that he should be, because he could be of great benefit to an NFL team as a back-up “change of pace” QB, but the NFL coaches, most of whom lack imagination, have no idea of how to use him. He is NOT a standard “NFL” type QB and to try and force him into that mold is nuts. He can’t fit, he will fail. But there are ways of using him, where he could be very effective. It is not that NFL OC’s are stupid, but there are areas of offensive football that they know NOTHING about, and you will have to know and understand those ways to understand how to use Tebow. But alas, most of them are dullards. If I went to the Giants last Jan and said I have the Patriot’s play book, “How much will you give me for it?”. They would scan it and say “Nothing!. It’s the same as ours!”
Alas Tebow also has little chance in the CFL, he is simply not a good enough passer, and he can NOT function as a stand alone man in the backfield by himself, for that reason. But if you put him in a TWO MAN spread formation, with a good RB, and alternated Tebow at QB with a standard CFL type QB, then you would have a very effective offense, An Adrian Petersen type RB, and TWO altenating QBs. A quick running and effective CFL type passer, and with Tebow, basically a FULLBACK type runner, who can throw enough to keep the defense honest. This way you have THREE different threats . But to do this, you need an OC with experience in SINGLE WING and SPREAD formation football. The NFL boys know NOTHING about this and they will not change, even to put bums in the seats. Too bad. We all lose because of it.
