Tim Kawakami of the San Jose Mercury News was a guest on The Dan Patrick Show on Thursday and stated that there’s a sense within the 49ers organization that Colin Kaepernick won’t be charged with any crimes as the police continue to investigate a “suspicious incident” that went down with him, Quinton Patton, Ricardo Lockett and an unnamed woman.
“There is a sense in the organization that he’s probably not going to get charged. That it was just a weird set of circumstances that he wash’t in the apartment when the police arrived. It doesn’t mean he’s for sure innocent. But it probably means he’s not going to get charged for anything,” said Kawakami.
