According to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew will skip this week’s mandatory minicamp. There’s even a good chance that his hold out could last into the regular season.
Jones-Draw has been the Jagaurs main weapon over the past couple of seasons. It’s time for them to reward him for his production on the field. Especially since they have over $40 million in cap room right now.
If Jones-Drew misses the Jaguars entire minicamp, he’ll be fined a total of $63,000.
