Over the past week the rumors of Peyton Manning signing with the Washington Redskins are only growing at this point. Of course, the Colts still need to release Manning, which will likely happen any week now.
It seems though at this point that everyone has their own take on where Manning will end up. ESPN’s Adam Schefter has already stated that he believes the Miami Dolphins are the favorite to land Manning.
Just a few days ago, Howard Eskin of NBC 10 in Philly reported that he believes Manning will end up with the Redskins.
Now Mike Freeman of CBSSports.com has weighed in on what he’s been hearing with regards to where Manning might play in 2012. He’s stated that just about everyone around the NFL that he’s talked to, believes he’ll end up with the Redskins.
So far it looks like the Redskins are the front-runner to end up with Peyton, due to the fact that most of the reports have him landing in Washington.
