Report: Jahvid Best hasn’t had any concussion symptoms

Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network reported on Game Day Live that Detroit Lions running back Jahvid Best hasn’t been experiencing any concussion symptoms since last October.

Lombardi indicated that the Lions are “optimistic” that Best will be cleared for their week 7 game against the Bears.

“Best was cleared for strenuous exercise awhile ago, but it seems that medical specialists were hesitant about his results when he last took the IMPACT test three months ago. The Lions are cryptic about injury updates; it’s possible that they are withholding the test results to keep Chicago guessing,” wrote Rotoworld.com.
