According to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News, the Giants could still end up shaking up their coaching staff.
Two NFL sources told the Daily News last week that two more Giants assistants could be in danger of losing their jobs. Special teams coordinator Tom Quinn and quarterbacks coach Sean Ryan are both believed to be in jeopardy, the source said, with a decision on their fates expected possibly as early as Monday.
The fate of receivers coach Kevin M. Gilbride, the son of the retired offensive coordiantor, is unclear though one source close to him said he is “believed to be” safe.
There’s no doubt that Eli Manning and the Giants special teams unit struggled in 2013.
