According to the Boston Herald, former Jets and Dolphins tight end Dustin Keller left the Patriots facility without a contract after spending time in New England.
Free agent tight end Dustin Keller visited the Pats yesterday but left town without a contract, according to sources.
Keller tore his ACL, MCL and PCL and dislocated his knee last August during a preseason game, but one source said Keller’s “knee is healed.” The 29-year-old is now focused on returning to football shape.
This doesn’t mean the Pats won’t sign Keller at some point. They likely want to see how the draft turns out before making any moves.
