Report: Dolphins plan on sticking with Jeff Ireland

According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald,  Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has assured general manager Jeff Ireland that his job is safe despite the locker room investigation into the Jonathan Martin-Richie Incognito incident.

Many people thought Ross would certainly let Ireland and the Dolphins coaching staff go, but things have died down and Miami is 3-1 during their last four games.

You also have to give Ireland some credit for improving the Dolphins roster this past offseason.  Now he just needs to find Ryan Tannehill a left tackle.
