According to Len Pasquarelli of the Sports Xchange, there have been four teams that have made a trade offer to the Dallas Cowboys for cornerback Mike Jenkins. We already know that both the Colts and Lions have expressed made offers. There were also two other teams that inquired about Jenkins since the draft.
The Cowboys remain completely against trading Jenkins, since they feel like it’s worth it for them to keep him on the roster this season for the $1.05 million salary he’s slated to receive. They’re also OK with Jenkins leaving in free agency at the end of this season, which would mean they wouldn’t receive any compensation in return for him.
