According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, even those the Dallas Cowboys want to keep linebacker Anthony Spencer, they’re also open to trading him.
As I said on TA: #Cowboys would be happy if Anthony Spencer was with them in '13. BUT they are open to trading him in thin pass-rush market

The Cowboys really can’t afford to leave Spencer on their roster with the large cap number he’ll have in 2013 as their franchise player. They’ll need to either trade him or sign him to an extension.
