Report: Chad Johnson charged with battery

According to TMZ.com, Chad Johnson has been officially charged with battery after head butting his wife Evelyn Lozada during an argument last month.
“Chad Johnson has officially been charged with misdemeanor battery after allegedly headbutting his wife Evelyn Lozada during a nuclear argument last month, this according to the State Attorney for Broward County, Florida.
“If convicted, Chad faces up to a year in jail,” TMZ Report.
What’s interesting is that Johnson is reportedly unwilling to sign the divorce papers that have been served by Lozada. She’ll now have some leverage to get him to sign the papers. She can now offer to drop the charges as long as he signs off on the divorce.
