Despite the fact that the Browns are looking into the possibly of trading up in this years draft for Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III, they’re also interested in Packers back up quarterback Matt Flynn, according to Steve Doerschuk of the Canton Republic.
The Browns will have a budget in place that they’ll stick to when it comes to going after Flynn.
No matter what happens this offseason, it looks like the Browns are determined to replace Colt McCoy as their starter.

He wont go to the Browns when he can go to MIA. Better WR’s O-line RB and defense. They better trade up and get RGIII cuz he isnt going to the Browns…
Another bogus report in an attempt to make something interesting when there I no actually fact!
I’m with you, Mike. All these wanna-be bloggers are so desperate for clicks that they will post anything to get attention. Digital media is so prolific that it all gets lost in the sea of sameness. You clowns need to wait until there are at least some shred of evidence before you start spouting tomorrows forgotten breaking story…
Amen. I really liked this site when I found it. Now it’s filled with paper thin reports with ZERO validity!
everything written on here has a source, we don’t make anything up
Source is such a vague term. My blog writing mother could be a source for cryin’ out loud.
if you click on our hyperlinks it will take you to the source
If I’m the Browns I am not trading away all of my picks for RG3. Their needs are too great. Why not take the best player available at 4 and draft a QB in the 2nd or even 3rd round. Give McCoy another year, with some help, and see what happens. They are not a QB away…
The Brown’s organization continues to destroy young, aspiring QB’s…13 years now – they get worse each year…all they know how to do is “give up” on their QB rather than support him and build a team around him…one thing is for sure; if McCoy gets kicked to the curb….I’m out as a Brown’s fan….40 years of cheering on the Browns and I can honestly say, I’ll walk away if Colt isn’t in their future plans. Get’s really “old” when your team is a “new” team every season…sell the team Randy Lerner, do us all a favor…stick with your soccer team –
you fail miserably as an NFL owner.
