According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, the Browns will likely aggressively pursue Robert Griffin III and if the price gets to high for him, they could end up settling for Ryan Tannehill by either taking him 4th overall or trading down and taking him.
I don’t believe there’s any way the Browns will be willing to outbid the Washington Redskins, which leads me to believe they’ll likely have to settle for a guy like Tannehill.

The more Mary Kay talks about the Browns, the more I realize she is not sane. So what she is saying is that they are willing to give up a boat load of picks to move up two spots (of course not more than Washington) or select Tannenhill at number four. Her concept of football sucks. Why would a team waste a number four pick in the draft on a QB that likely will go in the 20′s.
This lady is an idiot. Every report that comes from her makes absolutely no sense.
