According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, Peyton Manning has narrowed his search down to the Denver Broncos and Tennessee Titans.
Klis indicated that both the Titans and Broncos will offer Manning around $60 million over five years with around $30 million guaranteed.
The Broncos remain very confident they can land Manning, because they have more money to work with then the Titans. Even though, Titans owner Bud Adams wants to offer Manning a post-career job with the organization, nothing can be finalized in writing, it would have to be a hand shake agreement.
If the Broncos come away impressed with today’s work out at Duke, they may attempt to make their offer more enticing to try to get him to sign right away. They don’t want to allow him to also work out for the Titans, they’d rather get him while he’s with them.

Knowing Peyton Manning, the deal is probably front-loaded to the tune of $40 million for the first year with the remaining $20 million to be divided up over the remaining four years.
