Replacement officials mess up two-minute warning rule

TheRedZone.org pointed out a big mistake the replacement officials made in Sunday night’s Steelers – Broncos match up.

No matter how much the NFL tries to mask it, the replacement officials continue to struggle.

Another case in point from last night’s Broncos 31-19 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Peyton Manning and the Broncos scored a touchdown late in the fourth quarter and called the two-minute warning before the Broncos went for two points.

In the NFL if a touchdown is scored pior to the two-minute warning, the conversion comes first. whether is an extra point or two-point conversion.  It is considered an extension of the touchdown play.

It’s really only a matter of time before these officials make a big mistake that will cost a team a crucial game.
