Reggie Bush on the Jets losing Darrelle Revis: “What goes around comes around”

During a radio interview with The Paul and Young Ron Show in South Florida, Dolphins running back Reggie Bush pretty much said the Jets got what they deserved when cornerback Darrelle Revis went down with a torn ACL.

“It’s like the old saying, what goes around comes around,” Bush said, via Ben Volin of The Palm Beach Post. “They talked about all week about putting hot sauce and this and that, and they ended up losing their best player for the rest of the season. So, it’s sad that it happened because of that, but I’m going to be back.”

Bush is clearly mad at the Jets for coming out and implying that they were trying to injure him this past Sunday.  Even Jets head coach Rex Ryan said they had to put the  “hot sauce” on Bush, meaning they needed to hit him really hard.

While I’m sure Bush would never wish for a player like Revis to suffer a torn ACL, it certainly makes him feel good that the Jets ended up losing a great player, rather than the Dolphins.
