Both Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan and Rams head coach Jeff Fisher, as well as Redskins general manager Bruce Allen and Rams COO Kevin Demoff have a very close relationship, which could help them hammer out a deal that would enable the Redskins acquire the second overall pick.
