Rashard Mendenhall's timetable is unclear

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall has indicated that he’s on schedule with his recover from ACL surgery. The problem is that he doesn’t know when he’ll be ready to get back on the field.
“Seven months to the day after tearing the ACL in his right knee, Rashard Mendenhall said on Wednesday that he’s “right on schedule” with his rehabilitation.
“When asked if he has any idea what, exactly, that schedule entails, the Pittsburgh Steelers running back responded, ‘No, none at all,’” reported SFGate.com.
I wouldn’t expect Mendenhall to come in this season and contribute the way he has in the past. Look for Jonathan Dwyer to be a potential break out player.
