Raiders have two weeks to clear more then $22 million in salaries

According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com, the Oakland Raiders have over $22 million in salaries that they will have to somehow dump, in order to get under the 2012 salary cap.

We’re not sure what the cap will be for 2012, but Florio does a great job breaking everything down.

The Raiders need to make sure they’re under the salary cap by the time March 13th rolls around, because that’s when the new league year begins.

With the Raiders current financial woes, don’t be surprised if Kamerion Wimdley is released and Michael Bush walks in free agency.  Other players that might get cut are Tommy Kelly, Aaron Curry and maybe even Rolando McClain.
