According to Vic Micolucci of News 4 in Jacksonville, Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew will not be charged with battery after he allegedly knocked out a security guard.

The lawyer of the “victim” claimed that he had video tape evidence of Jones-Drew hitting his client. That was clearly a lie since no one ever saw the video.
